Layer Cake (Swiss Roll) Line
Swiss rolls with cream and marmalade, layer cakes with cream and marmalade chocolate coated or without chocolate coating in different sizes and variations can be produced in our production lines.
The ingredients are mixed and become fluid dough in the layer cake dough mixer then moves to aerator to regulate its density. Fluid dough is spreaded by the depositor and moves to the oven. After baking, endless sponge cake layer is seperated as rows then jam, marmalade and cream are add on layers and folded. Enrober coats the cakes and cooling tunnel cooled down chocolate coated products to be ready to be packaged.
