Cake Line
Cakes with chopped hazelnuts, center filled with all kinds of sauce and cream, chocolate coated, without chocolate coating in different sizes and variations can be produced in our production lines.
The ingredients are mixed and become fluid dough in the cake dough mixer then moves to dough depositor. Cake molds are filled with the dough and moves to the oven. After baking cakes become ready for injection of the souce. Centre filled cakes moves to the chocolate enrober which coates them with chocolate. Cooling tunnel cooled down chocolate coated products to be ready for packaged.
