Wafer Line
Wafer with single type or double types of cream, chocolate coated, chopped nuts added, round shape, cube shape and flat waferin different sizes and variations can be produced in our production lines.
The ingredients are mixed and become fluid dough in the wafer dough mixer then moves to the oven plates via pump. After cooking of the dough, wafer sheets are cooled down to room temperature and move to the cream spreading machine which applies cream onto them and sandwiches them to the wafer blocks. Cooling system sends the wafer blocks to cutting system for any shape. Chocolate enrober coats the shaped wafers and cooling tunnel cooled down chocolate coated products to be ready for packaged.
