Bar Line
Bar with caramel, nougat, peanut and coconut with chocolate coating in different sizes and variations can be produced in our porduction lines.
The ingredients are mixed and processed and moves to the bar forming system. Density and height of the endless caramel, nougat, coconut layers are adjusted by the system and cooling tunnel cools the temperature to be cutted easily and equally by the longitudinal cutting machine. Equally cutted ropes are cutted by cross cutting system and be ready for chocolate coating. Chocolate enrober coats the individual bars and cooling tunnel cools the chocolate coated bars and prepare them to be packaged.
